Join us for the next installment of our Leadership series, Got Skills: Resilience. This series identifies power skills critical to leading and managing. For each skill we conduct a workshop with subject matter experts discussing what the skill is, why it is important and how we cultivate it. Following the workshop, we host a separate fireside chat with women leaders discussing how they utilize the skill in their work.

Female leaders are essential in society, enhancing work cultures, driving growth, boosting productivity, emphasizing collaboration and fairness, and providing crucial support in a male-dominated field.

We're committed to exploring how women lawyers can develop leadership skills essential to shaping a more inclusive and progressive legal industry.
