Panelists will discuss the implications of Axon Enterprises v. FTC and SEC v. Cochran Supreme Court cases on administrative law and environmental law. These cases question when a case should be in an administrative court rather than a district court.

Who can access the Women's Bar Association of the District of Columbia member portal?
