Presented by: Women of Color Taskforce

The WBA's Women of Color Taskforce hosts this conference on the barriers to entry and success for women of color within the partnership ranks of law firms and corporate law departments, strategies and tools for overcoming those barriers, and essential structures that must be built within firms to support the success and advancement of women of color.

This Conference is a culmination of the Taskforce's efforts thus far and will not only focus on providing creative strategies and tactics to ensure that opportunities exist for women of color, but will also highlight successful women as they detail their professional journey and how they overcame obstacles to now serve in the highest levels of government, corporate, and private practice.
