Join us for a dynamic discussion kicking off the WBA's Speakers Series on the Future of Work! This panel will place the spotlight on agile and flexible work arrangements as well as the talent economy and platforms, acknowledging their enormous potential in reshaping traditional employment models in the legal and professional services industries. We'll explore how these new models create opportunities for a more inclusive and equitable workforce in the digital age.

The event will feature perspectives from female trailblazers in the field: (i) Emma Codd, Global Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer for Deloitte, who leads the firm’s strategy on women’s equity; LGBT+ inclusion, mental health, disability inclusion, and neurodiversity and is the author of the Deloitte annual 'Women at Work’ report (ii) Amie Davidson, who heads up the US operations of Peerpoint, the global law firm Allen & Overy’s legal consultancy platform, which enables high-caliber attorneys to undertake legal work on a project or interim basis.

This event is 100% virtual and is the first panel of a Future of Work Speakers Series honoring this year's WBA theme of "Leading Forward." The next panel (in Q1 of 2024) will focus on AI, data, and legal tech - stay tuned!

There is no cost to attend but registration is required.
