Join us for a panel discussion hosted by APABA-DC featuring John C. Yang, President and Executive Director of Asian Americans Advancing Justice (AAJC), and Debo P. Adegbile, chair of WilmerHale’s anti-discrimination practice and a former commissioner on the US Commission on Civil Rights.
The panel will address the state of affirmative action litigation in the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard and Students for Fair Admissions v. University of North Carolina, as well as examine challenges to DEI initiatives and measures that firms and corporations have taken to continue to support such initiatives in this evolving legal environment. The discussion will be moderated by David Yin, APABA-DC’s Vice President for Education and a counsel at WilmerHale.

Membership dues are nonrefundable.

Who can access the Women's Bar Association of the District of Columbia member portal?
