Are you frustrated when your eDiscovery vendor can’t turn things around fast enough? Do you question whether they are really collecting everything they are asked to? What about phone collection - do you understand the process such that you can explain to clients? Finally, what are all these charges and what does “processing” mean? When you want a production, why can’t you just get it when you need it - now?
