Through candid conversations, they will share their career stories, personal insights, and practical advice. The discussion will highlight  how government experience translates into private-sector, non-profit, or entrepreneurial value. Topics will include identifying relevant industries, exploring potential roles, and positioning federal service as a strategic asset when pursuing opportunities in law firms, corporate legal departments, consulting, and other sectors.

This session will specifically equip women attorneys with tools to confidently articulate their unique value and envision next steps in their career journey.
