  • DC Bar - EENR

Permitting remains one of the most significant variables in clean energy development — shaping timelines, project risk, and overall investment certainty. This panel brings together counsel, governmental stakeholders, and industry leaders to examine the legal, regulatory, and practical hurdles that can stall projects, from environmental review and land use approvals to interconnection and litigation risk.

Beyond identifying challenges, the discussion will spotlight opportunities to proactively manage these variables — through early-stage diligence, strategic siting, coordinated agency engagement, risk allocation in project documents, and thoughtful stakeholder outreach. Join us for a candid, solutions-oriented conversation on advancing clean energy projects with greater speed, clarity, and certainty.

Light snacks and beverages will be provided and we’ll have time for networking too.  For those outside the DC area, we invite you all to please join us via Zoom.
