The 2025 (un)conference challenges the traditional law conference format. It will be an intimate, personalized event in the incredible setting of the Omni Rancho Las Palmas for leaders in the legal profession who are looking to hone their skills and network with peers.
Everything from the peer-to-peer roundtable discussions to the resort-style networking is meant to spark innovative ideas around defying the (un)written rules for women in the legal profession. The event will foster authentic relationship-building and provide practical solutions for strategic professional growth.
Knowing that women network differently than men, preferring to build smaller, deeper, and more trusting networks, the (un)conference is an intentionally small, intimate experience - limited to no more than 175 participants and facilitators.
Join us to share your expertise and experience while expanding your influence within a community of professionals grappling with the same challenges and embracing opportunities for change. It'll be a conference (un)like any you've attended before.

Membership dues are nonrefundable.
Unless otherwise specified, event cancellations must be made two business days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund. Attendee substitutions are permitted.
By completing purchases with us you agree to have your Credit card and personal information securely stored as part of a payment profile within a 3rd party payment gateway. This securely stored payment profile will be used, when authorized, for automated recurring payments and will allow for easier and faster checkouts. No credit card information is stored within Member365 (the WBA's website vendor) and all payment data is accessed by way of a secure API. Under no circumstances do we share credit card or personal details.
Who can access the Women's Bar Association of the District of Columbia member portal?
Please note that the WBA member portal is to be used by members of WBA only. Certain workspaces within the member portal will be tailored for and restricted to certain membership types; access to these areas will be determined and approved by WBA staff. The Content that is displayed in your member portal will automatically vary based on your user / membership type.
