Interested in getting involved in DC’s legal pro bono scene, but not sure how to do so? If you want some guidance, or just someone to volunteer with, join WBA President Mary Blatch at the upcoming Advice & Referral Clinic sponsored by the DC Bar’s Pro Bono Center.

The group will meet for coffee at the Starbucks near Thurgood Marshall Academy Public Charter School before the clinic starts and discuss pro bono opportunities in DC and how WBA members can get involved. Space is limited and participants must be registered by February 7th.

Federal government attorneys and law students wishing to register for this WBA event must also register separately for the pro bono clinic through the Federal Government Pro Bono Program or their law school pro bono coordinator. When registering for the WBA event, please put “federal” or “student” when asked for your bar jurisdiction.

Cost: $0  (Please note, attendees must purchase their own food and beverage.)

Please register to attend.
